1 INTRODUCTION

To include Chairman's review of Committee activities.


2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE


3 WEBSITE

Honorary Secretary, Jeanette Phillips, to demonstrate the features of the new

FRA website.


4 FRINTON IN BLOOM

David Foster to report on achievements at both Tatton Park and the local "in

Bloom" events.


5 HEALTH

Vice Chairman, Gillian Sanford, to report on current issues and new local

provision.


6 CONNAUGHT AVENUE

An ECC representative to review feedback from questionnaires on the

Regeneration Project and report on future plans


7 LEISURE ACTIVITIES

Tendring District Council Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Tourism, Heritage and Culture,

Councillor Stephen Mayzes, to answer questions on these subjects.


8 YOUTH ISSUES

Councillors to report on developments with the proposed youth

project at Kirby-Le-Soken.


9 LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

Tendring District Council Development Plans Manager, Malcolm Inkster to

report on progress.


10 MEMBERSHIP

Chairman to review the link member scheme.


11 ANY OTHER BUSINESS


12 DATE OF NEXT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The next meeting will be the AGM to be held on Saturday, 24 April 2010, in St

Mary's Church Hall, Old Road, Frinton-on-Sea, at 10.00 am.


Special Note: Committee members will be available at

tables in the hall after the meeting if any member would

like to raise an issue in a more personal forum.

Any member who would like to raise an issue under AOB, or ask a speaker a question at the meeting,

is asked to provide the Honorary Secretary with the details by 9 October 2009.
